  • How can I schedule an appointment?
    You can scroll to the bottom of the Home page and sign up for us to call you and schedule an appointment. Or, you can send us Whatsapp or direct phone call to schedule your appointment.
  • Do you have English speaking staff?
    That's right, most of the team speaks English, especially Doctor Marco Tulio. We guarantee you will not have any problem when communicating with us.
  • How long have they been in the specialty of implantology?
    You can edit the title from the options tab in the app. If you don't want to display the title, disable the option from 'Information to display'.
  • Do you accept American insurance?
    Yes, we accept American insurance, which we help you to defer with your insurance.
  • I want to go to your office but I'm from another city, can you help me with that?
    We can gladly support you. You can send us a Whatsapp and we will give you advice on how to get there, where you can stay, etc. We await your message.
  • Is the payment for the treatment in a single payment or is it by payment?
    It depends if what you want to have is a treatment or a service. Services such as cleaning, resin for cavities, etc. are paid in a single payment. On the other hand, treatments such as implants, as they are long-term treatments, we make it easy to settle them in payments.
  • What procedures do they perform?

  • How can I get to your office?
    You can look for us on Google Maps as a Center for Specialized Dentistry, or as Plaza Centinela. If you come from the USA, you must cross to Tijuana and you can get there by uber or taxi, asking for the location of Plaza Centinela.
  • How can I get a quote for my treatment?
    You must schedule an initial consultation to know the treatment you need and thus be able to give you a budget. Since all patients are different and need different treatments or services, we cannot give a quote over the phone.
  • If I am from another country and I will be crossing on foot, can you help me return to my country?
    We gladly do it. We help you to return asking for an Uber in English already paid.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment in cash, check, card, transfer or PayPal.
  • Do you invoice?
    For Mexican citizens, we make an invoice at the moment by providing us with your tax information. Or, you can send us an email with your tax ID and we will make your invoice.
  • Do they remove cavities?
    Yes, we also handle basic services such as resins for cavities, deep cleaning, etc. You can learn about all these services in our Services section.
